This Content Removal Policy describes the circumstances under which content may be removed from granted.gg, the process for reporting and removing content, and the rights and responsibilities of users regarding content removal. We are committed to maintaining a safe and legal marketplace while respecting the rights of content creators and purchasers.

Grounds for Content Removal

We may remove, disable, or delete content at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the content: (a) violates our Terms of Service, including prohibited content such as illegal material, copyright infringement, hate speech, or harmful content; (b) violates applicable laws or regulations; (c) infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties; (d) contains personal information of others without consent; (e) is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive; (f) has been reported by users and determined to violate our policies after review; (g) poses a security risk or contains malware; (h) violates the rights of others; or (i) is otherwise objectionable or harmful to the Service or its users.

Reporting Content

Users who have purchased content may report content that they believe violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws. To report content: (a) you must have purchased the content; (b) you may only report each link once to prevent abuse; (c) you must provide a specific reason for the report and a detailed description; (d) reports are reviewed by our moderation team; and (e) we will take action on reports that we determine violate our policies. False or malicious reports may result in account suspension or termination. We are not obligated to take action on any report, and our decisions regarding reported content are final.

Content Moderation Process

When content is reported or flagged, our moderation team will: (a) review the reported content and the report details; (b) investigate whether the content violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws; (c) consider the severity and nature of the violation; (d) take appropriate action, which may include removing specific files, archiving the link, or taking no action; and (e) notify the Seller if their content is removed (unless doing so would compromise an investigation). We prioritize reports based on severity, with priority given to content with multiple reports or serious violations.

Account Actions for Violations

If we determine that you have uploaded content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws, we may take one or more of the following actions: (a) Remove or disable the specific content that violates our policies; (b) Remove specific files from a link while leaving the link active; (c) Archive the entire link, making it inaccessible to Buyers; (d) Freeze your account, preventing you from creating new links or accessing certain features; (e) Hold or freeze your account balance and profits pending investigation; (f) Terminate your account permanently; and (g) Report your activity to law enforcement if we determine that illegal activity has occurred. We may hold your profits indefinitely if we determine that you have violated our Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

Holding and Freezing Profits

If we determine that you have uploaded inappropriate, illegal, or prohibited content, we reserve the right to immediately freeze and hold your account balance and profits. This includes: (a) preventing withdrawals of any funds in your account; (b) holding funds pending investigation of reported violations; (c) holding funds if we suspect fraudulent activity or Terms violations; and (d) holding funds indefinitely if we determine that you have engaged in serious violations, including but not limited to copyright infringement, illegal content distribution, or fraud. You acknowledge that we are not obligated to release held funds if we determine that you have violated our Terms of Service. We may use held funds to cover refunds, chargebacks, legal fees, or damages resulting from your violations.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights and will remove content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed: (a) you may report the content through our reporting system; (b) you may also submit a formal DMCA takedown notice; and (c) we will investigate and remove content that we determine infringes on your rights. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell all content they upload. Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights is a violation of our Terms and may result in account termination and profit freezing.

Appeals Process

If your content is removed or your account is subject to action, you may contact us to appeal the decision. However: (a) we are not obligated to review appeals; (b) our decisions are final and binding; (c) we may require additional information or documentation to consider an appeal; and (d) the appeal process does not guarantee that content will be restored or that account actions will be reversed. We reserve the right to deny appeals at our sole discretion.

Purchaser Rights

If content you purchased is removed due to a Terms violation: (a) we are not obligated to provide refunds; (b) you will lose access to the removed content; (c) you may report the content if you believe it violates our policies; and (d) we are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of content sold by Sellers. All sales are final, and we do not guarantee that purchased content will remain available indefinitely.

Seller Responsibilities

As a Seller, you are responsible for: (a) ensuring all content you upload complies with our Terms of Service and applicable laws; (b) obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to sell your content; (c) ensuring your content does not infringe on intellectual property rights; (d) ensuring your content does not contain personal information of others without consent; (e) accurately representing your content to Buyers; and (f) complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in content removal, account actions, and profit freezing.

No Guarantee of Content Availability

We do not guarantee that content will remain available on the Service indefinitely. Content may be removed at any time for violations of our Terms, legal requirements, or other reasons we deem necessary. Sellers should not rely on the Service as the sole storage location for their content, and Buyers should not assume that purchased content will remain accessible indefinitely. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from content removal.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and comply with legal requests, including court orders, subpoenas, and other legal processes. We may disclose user information and remove content as required by law or to assist in investigations. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement agencies. Users who engage in illegal activity may face criminal prosecution in addition to account termination and profit freezing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Removal Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
