granted.gg is a digital content marketplace platform that enables users ("Sellers") to create links to sell digital content (including but not limited to images, videos, documents, and other digital files) to other users ("Buyers"). The Service facilitates transactions between Sellers and Buyers, processes payments, and provides access to purchased content. We are not a party to any transaction between Sellers and Buyers, and we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of any content sold through the Service.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account; (b) maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete; (c) maintain the security of your account credentials; (d) accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account; and (e) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
To sell content and receive payments, Sellers must complete identity verification through our third-party verification provider (Stripe Identity). This process requires providing government-issued identification and may include additional verification steps such as providing your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to complete identity verification, provides false information, or does not meet our verification requirements. Identity verification is required to comply with financial regulations and prevent fraud.
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant granted.gg a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to all content you upload; (b) your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights; (c) you have obtained all necessary consents and releases from any individuals featured in your content; and (d) your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not upload, sell, or distribute content that: (a) violates any applicable laws, regulations, or court orders; (b) infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets; (c) contains illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive material; (d) promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics; (e) contains personal information of others without their explicit consent; (f) is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive; (g) contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (h) violates any third-party terms of service; or (i) violates any other provision of these Terms. We reserve the right to remove, disable, or delete any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and take action on any content or user account at our sole discretion. If we determine that you have uploaded inappropriate, illegal, or prohibited content, we may: (a) immediately remove or disable the content; (b) freeze your account, preventing you from creating new links or accessing certain features; (c) hold or freeze your account balance and profits pending investigation; (d) archive or delete your links; (e) terminate your account; and (f) report your activity to law enforcement if necessary. We may hold your profits indefinitely if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. You acknowledge that we are not obligated to release held funds if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
Sellers set their own prices for content, with a minimum price of $5.00 USD. All prices are displayed in USD. When a Buyer purchases content, the total price includes: (a) the Seller's set base price; plus (b) a buyer processing fee equal to 10% of the base price. granted.gg retains a platform fee of 20% of each sale, which is split equally: 10% is paid by the Buyer as a processing fee, and 10% is deducted from the Seller's earnings. For example, if a Seller sets a price of $10.00, the Buyer pays $11.00 total ($10.00 base + $1.00 buyer fee), and the Seller receives $9.00 ($10.00 base - $1.00 seller fee). Payments are processed through Stripe, and all payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with their terms of service.
Seller earnings are calculated as the base price minus the seller portion of the platform fee (10% of base price). Earnings accumulate in your account balance and can be withdrawn to your connected bank account through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts, you must: (a) complete identity verification; (b) connect a valid bank account through Stripe Connect; (c) comply with all Stripe Connect requirements; and (d) maintain an account in good standing. We reserve the right to hold, freeze, or delay payouts if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or for any other reason we deem necessary. Payouts are subject to Stripe's processing times and fees. We are not responsible for any delays or issues with Stripe Connect payouts.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law or in cases of technical errors on our part. If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact support. Disputes between Buyers and Sellers should be resolved directly between the parties. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or delivery of content sold by Sellers. If you believe you have been defrauded or that content violates these Terms, you may report it through our reporting system, but we are not obligated to provide refunds.
Users may report content that they believe violates these Terms or applicable laws. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and we reserve the right to take action on reported content at our sole discretion. Users may only report each link once to prevent abuse of the reporting system. False or malicious reports may result in account suspension or termination. We are not obligated to take action on any report, and our decisions regarding reported content are final.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; (b) upload content that you do not have the right to sell; (c) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks; (f) use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without permission; (g) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service; (h) collect or harvest any information from the Service; or (i) engage in any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your content, earnings, and account data. We reserve the right to hold your earnings and delay payouts if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless granted.gg, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; (d) any content you upload or sell through the Service; or (e) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which granted.gg operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
